Getting Around in GoNow

The addition of new features and functions overloaded the existing menu structure making it difficult to navigate either via mouse click or keyboard input. The limited top-level space resulted in the ambiguous categorization of the functions. This resulted in increased time to process passengers when it became necessary to access these functions.

Line Busting with GateKeeper

To facilitate quicker boarding times when a flight has short turn around due to delays or other issues, gate agents need an alternate method to quickly get folks on the flight. Another issue is that the boarding gate readers (BGR) may be having technical difficulties and the gate agent needs a way to get people on the plane to keep everything on schedule while the technical issues are resolved.

Consolidation in SkyLedger

Obtaining all the information for a single reservation required the users to generate reports from a couple different part of the system. The data had to be manually consolidated if the user wanted a comprehensive view of transactions related to a reservation. The existing user interface was also very stale and outdated and in need of some sprucing up.
